Apple – Great tasting fruity, mildly sweet smoke flavor considered by many to be the best all around cooking wood.
Cherry – Produces a slightly sweet, fruity smoke that’s mild enough for all meats.
Hickory – Most commonly used wood for smoking. Good with all meats.
Maple – Mellow and slightly sweet, great with Pork & Poultry.
Mesquite – Strong earthly flavor, good for Beef, Fish, Chicken and wild game.
Peach – Very mild flavor, similar to Apple. Great on most white or red meats, including Chicken, Pork & Turkey.
